Basics

Website (with regard to a Matchmaking event and licensed MM-tool)
Front end: Graphic customization of look and feel, implementation of logos, texts, information
Back end: Customization of registration details according to existing business areas or otherwise relevant parameters

Graphics / Layout / Print
Creation of header/footer for the website (with regard to a Matchmaking event and licensed MM-tool) and for the production of event documents
Creation of invitations, participants’ documents and information material for postings or for distribution at the event
Production of participants’ documents, information material and a participant directory

Event

Participant Support
Personal support and contact partner for all participants and for individual concerns, for example relating to business partner searches
Support for all participants on the day of the event

Co-ordinating and Scheduling Matches (with regard to a Matchmaking event and licensed MM-tool)
Successful matches are entered into the appointment schedule of the individual participants and the event’s timetable. Individual requests and time constraints will be incorporated manually.

Participant Directory
Creation of the participant directory to be sent via email (pdf) or to be printed and bound for distribution.

Event Organization
Project management, organization, processing Co-ordination, infrastructure, facilities, catering, technical equipment

Communication / PR (optional)

Provision of PR texts, text blocks for customer websites, press releases and newsletter
